Privacy notice

What we collect when you use novomodus.io or contact us, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.

01Who we are

Novo Modus Single Member P.C. (GEMI 175901203000, VAT EL802412563), 63 Grammou Street, Argyroupoli 164 51, Greece, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. For any privacy matter, our privacy contact is [email protected]. We have not designated a separate Data Protection Officer for this website.

02What we collect

Contact form: your name, company, e-mail address, optional phone number, project type, approximate budget and message. Browsing: only what is technically necessary to serve the site securely — server logs and your cookie and language preferences. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

03Why we process it and on what basis

To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To keep the website secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately and optionally opt in.

04How long we keep it

Website enquiries and contact-form submissions are retained for 12 months from the last relevant communication, unless the enquiry results in a client relationship or another legal or legitimate reason requires longer retention. Where an enquiry develops into a contractual relationship, the relevant data is then retained in accordance with the retention requirements applicable to client, contractual, accounting and legal records.

05Service providers

We use a small number of service providers for website hosting, content delivery, e-mail and contact-form delivery. They process data only on our instructions, under data-processing agreements, and only for the purposes above. We prefer providers that process data within the EU/EEA. The current list of providers, their processing locations and the applicable transfer mechanism is available on request at [email protected] and is updated whenever our infrastructure changes.

06International transfers

Where a provider processes or transfers personal data outside the EEA, we rely on an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism for that provider: an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR), participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR), or other appropriate safeguards permitted by the GDPR.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), dpa.gr.

08Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our processing changes. The date of the current version is shown on this page.
