Novo Modus exists for the moment a leadership team looks at its systems and processes and thinks: this is harder than it needs to be. Simplicity is engineered, not found.Simple systems are the result of deliberate removal. Every component we do not build is one you never maintain.

Boring technology, deliberately.We choose proven tools by default and novel ones only with a reason we can write down.

Vassileios Bamiatzis

Vassileios has spent more than twenty years building and running software — from server-side engineering and cloud infrastructure to leading technology teams through digital-transformation programmes. As CTO and co-founder of a technology company, he has seen from the inside how systems become complicated, and what it takes to make them simple again.

At Novo Modus he leads architecture and engineering, and is the person you will talk to first.
